Warranty
We provide a 1-year warranty for all electronic products from the date of purchase.
For batteries in ride-on cars, the warranty covers only the initial start-up period (approximately 3–4 weeks after purchase).
If your customer has a complaint (e.g., regarding a battery, control unit, or motor), we kindly ask you to contact us by email. After receiving the email, we will contact you to provide a solution. In most cases, complaints are resolved by sending replacement spare parts.

Shipment of spare parts
We have 2 options for the shipment of parts:

1. We ship the spare part to your customer directly after the solution has been provided (you pay for the shipping cost).

2. You combine all complaints of your customers in one and we will send you every 2 weeks a box with spare parts for all the problems (we pay the shipping cost).
