Warranty
We provide a 1-year warranty on all products except for the batteries. For the batteries we provide a 3-month warranty. In case of warranty, Kidsrides sends parts to the B2B customer or directly to the customer of the B2B customer. The shipping costs are borne by the B2B customer. It is possible to send prepaid shipping labels or purchase a shipping label from Kidsrides.
