Return conditions
Once a product has been shipped out, it is not possible to return the product to Kidsrides for a refund. 
However, it is possible to return a product to Kidsrides for repair. The repair will be done by Kidsrides for free but the shipping labels will be provided by the B2B customer or bought from Kidsrides.
