We provide a 1-year warranty on all products except for the batteries. For the batteries we provide a 3-month warranty. In case of warranty, we will send parts to our B2B customer or directly to the customer of our B2B customer. The shipping costs are borne by our B2B customer. It is possible to send prepaid shipping labels or purchase a shipping label from us.
